Completing Match Returns

Below are some guides and videos which will show you how to complete the Match Returns using either Matchday App or Fulltime website.

reporting results (all groups u7-u18)

All teams shall notify the result of each Competition Match before 18:00 on the day of the match (Saturday matches) or 18:00 the next day (midweek matches). 

Results must be submitted via one of the following methods

  • Responding to the FA Fulltime Results SMS

  • Submitting on the Matchday app

  • Submitting on the FA Fulltime website

If you are unable to submit your result using any of the above methods, you must report the both the result and issue to your Age Group Secretary


completing your match returns (competetive age groups only u11-u18)

The S&DJFL must receive from both teams by 18:00 on the Tuesday following a Saturday game and by 18:00 the following day for a midweek game, the statistics of each Competition Match in the prescribed manner. These statistics are the forename(s) and surname of the Team Players and also the
Referee markings required by Rule 23. Referee marks must include the Referee’s name & FAN number.

These statistics must be submitted via the FA Matchday app or directly through the FA Fulltime results page. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.

Step 3 – Submitting your Match Return

To finish, you'll just need to click on 'Submit Match Report' and 'OK'. Then you're all done! 

Please note: This guide shows the process for submitting match returns that has been altered in a recent update. Please make sure you have version 11 downloaded.
